Return authorization is required!
Simply call and a Return Merchandise Number will be assigned for the
specific items. All boxes must be clearly marked (on the outside) with
this number and must be sent freight prepaid. Items not clearly
marked or sent freight collect will be refused. All items returned
are subject to inspection and evaluation. A 15% - 35% restocking charge
will apply for standard items. Electrical items, parts and custom orders
may not be returned.
Product defects or shortages should be reported to CEOIQ Store immediately
upon receipt of your order. CEOIQ Store cannot be responsible for claims
received more than five (5) days after delivery. Freight carriers are responsible
for damage in transit! Have the driver note any visible damage on the carrier's
delivery record, and call the carrier immediately upon discovery of concealed
damage. |
