In order to present your
new venture or venture growth opportunity to our panel,
you must submit the following information.
Cover Sheet
- Name of Company
- Name of Key Contact
- Address of Company
- Phone Number(s)
- Date Submitted
Second Sheet -- brief bullet point answers to the following:
- Names of founders / owners and
% of ownership for each
- Brief history and experiences of
key owners/company executives
- Management experience in company’s
business
What Intellectual Property does the company own?
- Patents
- Trademarks
- URL’s
- Any IP materials, processes
PRIMARY
BUSNINESS PLAN DOCUMENT
Two bound copies should be submitted with the
information above on top.
Business Plan with:
Financials (P&L, Balance Sheet)
If existing company, is the operation cash flow positive?
If not when do you expect to reach positive EBITDA?
If a start-up, do your proforma financials (in the business
plan) track from the bottom up and indicate when you project
your break-even point based upon the funding request you
are making.
Make sure the executive summary at the beginning of your
business plan communicates:
- What problem you are solving in
the marketplace
- How your solution differs from
your competitors’ solutions
- What your competitive advantage
is in the market
- How you plan to scale your business,
to what size
- How much market share do you require
to reach your targets
Your business plan should address:
- Your exit strategy;
- The current valuation of your company
and the criteria used to establish that value
- The amount of equity/debt you are
seeking
